The Technical Coordinator
With larger events there is always a Technical Coordinator appointed, who is responsible for the project from beginning to the end. The coordinator can hold planning meetings with you and give advice about your specific needs. Within Teletech the coordinator reviews all planning with our technicians, so that everybody is aware of the process.
Before an arrangement, all the equipment is carefully checked by our staff of technicians to reduce the possibility of technical errors. Some errors are, however, unpredictable and that is why back-up equipment is always brought along. The technicians are also regularly informed about and trained in the use of new equipment. This is done with help from internal and external courses. Installations and tests where thorough exercise in troubleshooting also take place. Do not hesitate to ask our technicians for help.
