New installation for the Greenlandic Parliament.
Starting this autumn the members of Greenland’s Parliament can vote electronically directly from their seats. Each member will be given a chip card. With its use they log into the system which then records the user.
Each panel is built into the table and it consists of:
- electronic language chooser and headphones for the receiption of interpretation.
- a microphone with on/off function and an electronic voting unit from which members can cast their votes individually. The results are displayed on a 103-inch plasma screen. The members of the parliament are also displayed on the same screen when they address the plenary. This is done with help of 3 Dome cameras mounted in the premises and controlled by special software.
All equipment is Bosch DCN Next Generation.

Teletech sponsors IAPCO-Seminar for 21st time
Each year professional congress organisers (PCO) from around the world meet at the IAPCO seminar in Switzerland. IAPCO is a non-profit organisation working to constantly improve the standards of PCOs worldwide.
Since 1987 Teletech has sponsored the technical side of the seminar. Several times we have also actively presented our knowledge at the seminar.
This year we delivered, in addition to more traditional equipment, BOSCH Wireless microphones - a new wireless panel microphone system. Multi-monitor setup for PowerPoint made it possible to have a much broader picture or to use two parallel screens. We also presented a digital display solution for the stage, instead of the previous year's printed posters.
In the spirit of tradition our technicians Jesper and Morten produced movie- and PowerPointmaterial for the annual closing ceremony. The presentation was shown on the seminar's final day. We look forward to participating again in 2009.
